I firmly believe that your morals, work ethic and values are molded by the people that surround you! We obviously didn't get to choose our parents/family, besides them, we all have a choice of who we hang around with. Choose wisely my homies!!

It's learned, but it's harder to teach to certain personality types.

One day work will be looked at like Slavery. It will be a thing of the past and we will wonder why we ever did it.

It comes from within a person. You can guide but it comes from a desire

Oh it can be learned...literal starving without a safety net, more mouths to feed, good mentorship

But it can also be unlearned...unearned success, lottery, entitlement culture of unaccountability, fraud, substance abuse

A more interesting question is an ethos for success (D&D topic...).
