More People are expected to protest Trump in Women's Marches than attended his inauguration. There are marches in multiple cities in the US and around the world. Hell, my wife is attending the one in Houston. https://www.google.com/amp/amp.slat..._times_larger_than_trump_s.html?client=safari
I saw part of America Ferrera's speech. Completely irresponsible and hateful rhetoric towards a president who has been unfairly labeled as a misogynist by his opponents and the biased media. She's a second-rate "actress" and a worthless individual.
You mean the same person who kept accusing Obama for years of not being American without giving any proof?
What you stated is worthy of Trump himself. Irresponsible and hateful rhetoric toward anyone that question or disagree with him. Since irresponsible and hateful rhetoric bothers you, I assume you do not like Trump.
They are saying that there are 500,000 people there. That is more than the organizers expected. They were thinking 200,000. Authorities were preparing for 400,000. But this thing is huge. I was told that it is the norm for liberals to riot and destroy things. I'm glad that part hasn't started yet. But of course with that many liberals there, surely it will come soon.
Way more people today. So surreal to have such an unpopular President from day 1. I never thought Bush Jr would be topped in that area.
Trump being labeled a misogynist is based on his own words, and not in any way unfair at all. I'm not sure how you can label something based on a person's consistent actions, deeds, and words as being an unfair label.
This is a GREAT way to get these people on your side. As usual, when the anger is from conservatives "Listen, regard their anger and respect it." when it is from liberals. "Ignore it. They are just WHINING that they lost." When people understand that politics isn't a winner takes all game then we can have real unity.
Trump lost to Americans by 2 points. So Hillary couldn't bring white women to her side by 10 points and Trump failed to bring the American people to his side by 2 points. Oh well they both make the same difference at this point.
Ok want people to "get on my side" how...bout respecting the office of the presidency. It has only been 1 day since he was inaugurated as the president of the United states - however the MSmedia and liberal hacktivist have used these moments to say...#notmypresident. Instead of giving the dude a chance, the anger and bitterness of the left reaffirms that I made the most informed choice at the ballot box. These protests, while its their constitutional right...is immature, self serving and extremely divisive. They don't even have a clue about what policies they are so fearful of... The Women's march designed to yet again to separate our nation into smaller factions as opposed to a unified front for the nation to see. These actions diminish the strength of our nation here at home ...and undermine its ability to project strength on an international scale. I hated the way Bush took our nation, and voted for Obama in 2008 hoping that it was real "change". But his handling of presidency all fell apart the moment he went unilaterally in pushing parts of his agenda early on during his 1st part of his administration without reaching across the aisle. The people that voted for Trump voted for a change in direction. He was democratically elected as your President. Give him a chance to reach across the aisles instead of shunning him as an outcast. Finally...as some have already mentioned...A significant number of females did NOT vote for our nation's first female candidate. This march has nothing to do with women's rights...rather a temper tantrum by the left.
The republcians got together and vowed to make Obama a one term president and make him fail from day 1. Even the democrats aren't doing that. Did you denounce that or did this respect the office of the presidency just come about now? I didn't hear the dems in congress getting together with the single goal of wanting to make him fail but if you did please let me know.
LOL. I remember the Tea Party started in the spring of 2009. My bosses at the time were mailing tea bags to the Whitehouse. Middle-aged Rich white men doing this from the office. The country in the midst of the economic crisis. Yeah.....they were SO supportive of a President trying to save the country from that mess. Get off your ****ING high-horse...*******.
The number of people at these marches across the country is staggering. These are not young people. These are soccer moms leading this. This will be your movement that topples trump in 4 years and Congress in 2 years.
Yeah, keep thinking it's just a temper tantrum and these people don't have real issues and real concerns. As for 'Giving him a chance.' I don't know man. Looking at his cabinet selections that's enough of a chance for me and I'm guessing enough of a chance for them. If you have something to say, then say it. That's what this march is about.
Yeah, it also appears that this is the first time many of these folks are protesting anything. It's not only DC, Chicago, NY, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Atlanta, and Miami, they are also happening in London and Sydney, and places around the world. Apparently the Chicago gathering more than tripled the expected amount of marchers and they had to cancel the march portion of the demonstration because there were just far too many people attending. Perhaps Trump is a uniter after all. Of course since we know that all liberals are violent thugs every single one of those cities will be having violent riots at any moment. Because there is no way that the few violent acts are the minority or exception to the rule, they are the norm.
