    The Iranian government gave them some one way ticket for a Mexican vacation plus some bombs and guns

    Other obvious reasons is that they kept getting beaten by fat Latinos at soccer

    Wait a second I just had an idea ..maybe they are sus Iranians self identifying as “innocent Mexicans”- there we go problem solved (Never mind the illogical reason of Iranians being in Mexico and then wanting to illegally cross into USA territory) o_O

    But the Latinos were cartel and laughed and called their hostage taking thing as amateur night at the Apollo
