Any chance Arthur gets bought out? Wouldn't mind him here.

The Nuggets paid thenets a first and a second just to get out of $20 million THIS season!

We are not getting rid of Anderson this season.

Well, if this is the market to unload $21million in unwanted contracts, what would unloading the Ryno cost?

The Financially Troubled Tillman is gonna be unloading multiple first round picks to save himself money

What's the purpose to dump Ryno now? All the major FAs already signed and next season Ryno's contract will be pretty valuable in Feb.

IF expiring contract are valuable...why did Nuggets and HOrnets have to give up assets to get rid of Howard and Faried?

Why aren't people giving up assets for Melo $27 million expiring? Should be valuable, riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight

Dude, those teams are trying to avoid luxury tax. They have no chance to go for champs this season, Houston does. See the difference? Tell me, what benefit it will make to our team if we trade away Ryno's contract with some of our draft picks this season? I agree, maybe we can get rid of Ryno next Summer to free up some space, so that we can sign some better FAs. But what's the point you rush yourself to trade him away this season?

I don't pretend to follow the Nets, but the few games of them I had watched Whitehead isn't just a trade filler. He has some potential to be a competent (and cheap) roleplayer.

The only reason to dump his contract now is to not lose the current talent that we have on our SL team. If you could get a taker now for Ryno and all it costs is a 1st rounder, I think Morey might consider it. Though risky, I’ve never seen us put together so much undrafted talent on a summer roster. Signing another of these undrafted guys (like Adel) to a lower, longer deal would be shrewd move for next year. And I think Morey’s proving he doesn’t need late first rounders to build our roster out.

I don’t think I’m looking at our young players through rose colored glasses. This looks like talent.

1st and 2nd to dump 20M...Melo's contract is 28M, really curious to see if the Bulls will get screwed again.

For the vet minimum only. I was wondering if Faried will be bought out. Will he be a decent backup for PJ? I'm not exactly sure. I would appreciate comments to this query.

Was wondering the same thing. Vet Min as I backup to Capela is what I would be looking at. Defense would struggle but would be an upgrade over Nene due to his activity level and ability to attack the rim. Could be a pretty good small ball 5 but doubt it will happen.

Thanks, much appreciated. Arthur is not the manimal, but he likes to play defense. I wouldn't mind him as a backup 4, for the vet minimum.

From what we've heard, Ferttita is the kind of guy that might hire someone to ensure Ryno has an "accident".
