Wizards/Bulls Fight - 10/25/04

My observations:

Hughes is a punk for pushing Hinrich into his teamate. I hope he gets a good suspension into the regular season.

Haywood is a punk for coming over and shoving Hinrich.

Haywood is a punk again for smacking Davis with the referee between them. What a p***y he is for backpedaling like that .........

And Eddie Curry might just be the biggest punk of them all for going for the groin shot on Haywood while the refs and Davis were holding down Haywood.

Punks all the way around.

Curry ...suspended

Haywood ....suspended

Hughes ....suspended

 

Fantasy team nightmare.

In Defense of Hughes...while it wasnt the smartest play. I know exactly what happened.

Hinrich did a "john stockton" type move and cut him off and slowed down to prevent him from geetting near the layup

...hughes was just frustrated. While it wasnt called for, especially in preseason. Weve all seen the kind of punk stuff stock does like that. Funny thing, just liek stockton, hinrich was not caught up in the end result.

 

after review i apologize...hughes was just a punk..he wasnt makin much effort to blcok the shot..

If Hughes doesn't get a suspension for the shove, which easily could have injured Hinrich, and the guy (didn't catch it) who he crashed into, then what are suspensions for??

The fight was just funny.

 

Watch Close when they're down and trying to break up the fight.

Hinrich tries to get close by the fight then Huges comes into the picture and he takes off quick.

Also, it is highly possible that Curry was going for the stomach. If he wanted to punch him in that position, the stomach would be the natural option.

 

yeah, curry certainly seems to punch above the groin area and more at the stomach. so either he's inaccurate or not as punkish as thought before.
