Artest was completely ineffective in the 4th quarter, my god this guy pisses me off so much. He should only stand and spot up for threes. Any time he catches the ball he tries to go 1 on 1 iso and throws up a brick. Not only that, his defense is slacking too.

Yes, but only because they stop playing the offense in the fourth when they feel pressure.

I thought the offense looked pretty good in the first three quarters with T-Mac and Artest. But T-Mac choked. You choke when you panic and you forget the game plan.

Adelman's got to pound into their heads--we have an identity. We play team ball and we don't stop passing even when the pressure's on. We don't give up who we are no matter what.

say what you will, when T-Mac and Artest were out, this team had an identity. Our offense was CLICKING, and most importantly our "offensive droughts" seemed to vanish. we beat the Celtics on the road and the Jazz at home without them. Had they played, i'm positive we would have lost those games instead.

Artest needs to stay, DD making trades does not fix everything... we need to build chemistry. If you watched tonights game you could see that our chemistry was lacking.

 

Nope......the chemistry was fine with the first unit, and even most of the 2nd.

But did you watch Artest he had no idea what to do so he stood at the 3pt line and shot 3s.

You put Wafer in there, and watch him attack the basket...better yet...put Magette in there and watch the difference.

Ron is a good one on one defender but his rotations are slow on D and his team defense is inconsistent.

We need more offense late......offense.....is what is killing us in the 4th quarters....not defense.
