I guess some drunk guy was driving the wrong way on a one way street and I guess the cop pulled him over, but this dumbass cop leaves his driver door wide open protruding into the other lane. And with his lights on full blast it is hard to to see it so if some one was in a hurry they might have hit it. I should have recorded this idiot, but my phone was dead. I mean this cop could have seriously hurt someone.
I assume his emergency lights were on. When drivers see that they shouldn't be in a hurry. As a matter of fact, I think they are required in most states to either move over a lane (if possible) or slow down to 10 MPH below the posted speed limit when passing an emergency vehicle.

I hate the f(ckers that turn on their lights so they can pass you or run a red light, they think because they are cops they don't have to follow the law.
You can get cops arrested. You just need proof and a will to do it. It's like Bill Maher says: Video everywhere is destroying the age-old institution of lying.
I saw about 15 cops with radar guns off 45/Greens at Greenspoint mall. Just pulling people left and right. Disgusting Red Light cameras are gone but they will try to get that money back some how. Expect more speeding tickets for going 54 in a 50.....
Without cops you have a whole lot worse off world. How about you don't speed. Without them you have people driving 120 down the highway hitting people, losing control and etc. I'm sorry but its pretty hard to get pulled over unless you are just asking for it. Yes my dad is a cop.
True. No body wants to see the police until something happens and then you can't find a cop fast enough.
Have you every called them. I got someone skimming my bank acount and when I called the cops they didn't do squat. They wouldn't even pull the guys image of the ATM machine.
The best personal experience I've ever had with a cop is when a guy pulled me over doing 65 in a 55 on Christmas Eve.
I guess bobrek already answered. It's a law that says you have to move over. It was probably open for about a few minutes, or the time it takes for him to give the guy the ticket and come back. Leaving the door open isn't an offense that warrants an arrest. Let the punishment fit the crime. We should arrest YOU for letting your phone go dead.
So what you are basically saying is that if a regular citizen had his door open parked on the side of the street- that he should get arrested?
I'm guessing you've never asked a cop for help. They are trash, pure and simple. Are there exceptions? Of course, but they are few and far between.
