I've got an Epson CX7800 multi-function printer that I want to connect to my home network. However, it's nowhere near the router and I don't want to dedicate a PC to be a print server, so I'd like to go with a wireless print server. Something like this would be ideal because I'd like to also plug a desktop in... http://www.amazon.com/NETGEAR-WGPS606-Wireless-Server-4-port/dp/B0007OWNCC But this server does not support my printer. Any advice for a home networking novice? Thanks.
Just keep an eye out in the Fry's ads. I picked up a little wireless Airlink101 wireless print server for my wife's laser printer, and it works like a charm. Cost like $14 on sale. Good luck!
