Wireless Experts: Setting up a network with username/password?

    I want to setup a wireless network where one would need to authenticate with their own unique username and password...or even just a password that's unique to them.

    How much work am I looking at? Right now I just have WPA2 security and once someone gets the password, everyone seems to know it.

    I know at work we use our Active Directory credentials.
