Hey, guys, what are you're thoughts on Win XP? Currently I am running Win 2k and am wondering if it is worth it to upgrade to XP. So far what I've been hearing is that Win XP sucks. Is this true?

Yes it is true, it sucks !!!

Not because it won't be better, but because all the hardware guys have not finished writing complete drivers for XP.

Never...I repeat...NEVER, but an operating system until it has been on the market for at LEAST 6 months.

I installed it Sunday and other than a glitch with my ATI graphics card, I haven't had any major problems. Luckily ATI had released a new XP driver 2 weeks ago....

It looks cool, if your into the eye candy thing. Seems to run a bit faster than 2000...course a lot of that has to do with me not loading everything on it that I have on my 2000 partition. I have some doubts about the networking capability though. I have a feeling that 2000 server is going to be lots more stable for that purpose.

DaDakota's probably right though...if your gonna buy it, I would wait a few months.
