Windows help needed: easy question

    I just got a new pc with windows MCE and I can't figure out how to stop the cursor from selecting a file if I hover over it. I remember it was originally some active desktop setting that came out in 98, but I can't find the setting to stop it in MCE....and it's driving me nuts!

    Never mind - I finally found it under folder options - you'd think I would have found it in 30 minutes of looking on google...
