William hung performing his smash hit tonight at Rockets-Warriors game!

    April 6, 2004 -- Sometimes, 15 minutes lasts a lot longer than 900 seconds. Because of that, fans attending the Rockets vs. Warriors game tonight are in for a not-so-rare, not-even-close to mellifluous ... uh, treat: a William Hung performance.
    The UC Berkeley student's 15 minutes began on Jan. 27, when he butchered Ricky Martin’s hit She Bangs during American Idol auditions and announced: "I have no professional training." Noooooo?.

    Since then, Hung's singing has been as ubiquitous as Janet Jackson's halftime spectacular. What's debatable is which is more indecent.

    AOL has his cd up on their front page yesterday. I was able to preview the entire 45 minute album. I couldn't stop laughing, not even the tools in the studio can help his voice.

    You'll get to hear "She Bangs", "YMCA" and "Shake Your Bon Bon" to name a few. Hilarious yet sad he's able to put out a record

    OK ... I don't know how you can criticize William Hung ... If any of us were in his situation we would be taking advantage of it just like he is. If you want to criticize anyone then you should criticize society for making someone like him famous. I don't know why you would though ... It's not like its really hurting you at all.

    And for those that think that he is wasting his time ....

    Look at www.cdnow.com ... His CD came out today and he is #3 on the charts for cd sales today, and he is selling about 40,000 CDs an hour.
