I hope we keep him. He scared me with some of those great passes, but then threw that masterful intersection at the end.

    Pure magic.

Watching Bank play and throw in the 2nd half makes me wonder "IS CARR more of a PROBLEM than we think"

Exactly, Banks threw some picks, but he just seems to move the team better than Carr. I've been saying all along that Carr has terrible QB instincts. He doesn't seem to pick out receivers very well at all.

I have a feeling if we had BRAD JOHNSON on this team we could probably win alot more games than with CARR.

    Carr is overrated

With Tony Bank it seems like he wouldnt get sack like Carr does.

Lol, I love seeing intersections at football games!

And I'd rather see Carr run around like a dumbass chicken than have Tony Banks kill key drives with INTs

I think just like Simms at UT, Carr's development was hampered by starting too early. I'm not arguing that Banks should start because I've watched the guy since he was at St. Louis and he's just not a starter, but any who watches the Texans could see the offense was more fluid.

I really don't know what carr's problems are but this is my main issue with him. He needs everything around him to be good for him to succeed. and that's fine when everything is fine. but when there are problems he becomes part of the problem.

David Carr sucks hands down, tony banks isnt the answer either but he is better then carr, in that he doesnt run out of the pocket when it hasnt even collapsed.

Yep. I still say our Oline isn't that bad, not bad at all. When Banks was in there, they didn't come close to sacking him. I feel that the Oline stepped up because they WANTED to protect him, and he gets rid of the ball and hangs in the pocket like he should. Even when the olinemen are interviewed on 610, they have nothing good to say about David, its more of a "no comment" type situation every time his name comes up.

I've watched and Tivo'd every game this year, and Carr is the problem. If you don't realize that now, you will, in time. Why people continue to make excuses for the guy, is beyond me.

Put Carr in NE Cinn Pitts and they dont make the PLAYOFF

It would be sad to surround Carr with BUSH/AJ and still dont make the playoff and everybody here still blames the OL, but if we put in Brad Johnson will be IN!

That's a fair statement. What would you do about it? We're not picking a QB in the draft.
