Will there be a serious attempt to assassinate Obama before election day?

I have no idea, I sure hope not.

 

Security will be all over. It may seem like he's vulnerable when you watch it on tv, but his people will appear out of thin air to take a bullet for him.

 

I hope not. That would be the last thing America needs......more division, and thats what an attempt on his life will bring. I'm already fearful of Americas reaction whether Obama wins or loses. There are some real looney people out there.

I am very Anti-Obama, but I wish him no harm.

 

If someone wants to kill you bad enough it can be done. I think Obama might be at higher risk for assassination attempts but I wouldn't doubt that even Bush has had threats made against his life.

 

I'm not sure if there will be an attempt or not, but the possibility has started to trouble me lately. I've seen some really frightening behavior from certain far-right wingers in the past couple of weeks as they realize that Obama is well on his way to the White House. Once that actually comes to pass, I think there's going to be an unprecedented degree of rage.

 

People probably don't make assassination attempts on Bush because they figure he'll eventually do himself in. Using his clock radio as a submarine during bath time or something...

 

Hope not but your posts certainly assassinate all punctuation and rules of grammar regarding run-on sentences you would make an English professor jump off a high bridge

 

Im not even going to vote on this. This is somthing that if it happen you will see a huge split in Amreican society worse than what we have had already. The reaction to this tragedagy would cause a serious change. American is about to ge into a huge change already no matter who is elected because the results will make more people who never thought to pay attention to politics want to get involved.

 

I voted no because it's unlikely before an election but during his term, yes it is likely.

I sure hope it won't happen. I'm already concerned what's going to happen if Obama wins....trust me, there will be crazy nuts who will go on a riot. This will be a HUGE change for America because ALL of races are SO used having a white president for YEARS.

Two more weeks and we will see what happens.

Or the realistic reason with the thought of cheney as president. Biden is a different story.

 

Whoever the DNC picks. I'd think they could do better than Biden.

 

If Obama were assassinated today, how likely is it that a bunch of voters swing McCain's way? Rhetorically. I'd probably take McCain over Biden or Clinton.
