Do you think we will showcase Buddinger and Taylor in Summer league and then if they do good will try and trade for a veteran like last year (Donte Green for Artest)?

Everything is a possibility. The NBA is a business.

The Artest trade was a product of good timing. As evidenced by the Kings' sparse usage of Greene, that move was more about moving Artest and getting younger than it was anything else.

But yeah, I would imagine Morey has plenty of tricks up his sleeve -- some of which, probably include building up the draftees value and selling high like he did with Greene. We'll see what happens.

You want to teams to covet your rookies during summer league but most teams don't put any stock in SM performaces. Donte Greene did score 40 in one game but look at him now. I'm sure it will help if the rookies start a new winning streak though.

Yeah lets tell the coach to tell the team only let Chase Budinger shoot the ball.. Let him score 50+ points 3 games in a row... Trade him for Rubio and Jefferson.
