It would be interesting to see this pole 1 month back. I bet 90% plus would have voted for us to make the playoffs. At least I sure would have. How times have changed...
one month back we did not lose to so many sub .500 teams and did not have a 5 game losing streak. this team does not know how to win and it will not happen this year unfortunately. they have shown a consistency in not executing in crucial stretches and when they need it most. I am not sure if it is coaching, players or combination. I know this: changes must happen for this team to grow properly. I am not calling for a renovation per se, but deep look into the roots and management structure of this team is required to move beyond 8th/9th seedings.
