    I think Steve Francis will be gone next year.
    I pledge to donate $50 to Clutch tip jar if Steve is still here when the 04-05 regular season starts.

    Stevie's fans, how much are you willing to bet that he will be around?

    Steve is Ralph Sampson all over again. He must be traded while he still has good value. Don't be fooled by his showing in the playoffs!

    All I going to say is:
    If Steve is gone by next season, my status as a Rockets Fan will Decrease by 50%.

    BTW didn't mean to make it sound comlicated.

    JVG tried to get him under control and it did not work.

    Francis is not a good PG nor a good SG.....he is a great athlete...for now.

    I know this has been debated to the ground, but i am speculating if Boki will be here next year, i hope he is but who knows. in my opinion the core of the rockets are; Francis, Mobley, Yao, JJ, and Boki. we should rebuild around this players, but thats just my opinion.

    Unless the Rockets can get a superstar big man in return, Francis will still be on this team next year. They are not trading him for the likes of Ray Allen.

    No way do Steve, Cat and Yao ever become a Dynasty as part of the same team. I'd sooner call denver's lineup a dynasty.

    Is the offseason almost over yet? I don't think I can stand to read much more about signing Brent Barry and trading Stevie.

    Really hard to tell.

    I think that if the Rockets got an offer of a player of even close to similar caliber, they'd snap it up.

    But, then, I'm not sure that's very likely to happen, and the Rockets aren't desperate enough to unload him to give him away, a la Pippen.

    My guess is that he's here next fall, but is gone before the trade deadline.

    Try inserting Yao Ming into that paragraph, it would make alot more sense. If the Rockets trade Steve Francis in the off-season, then I am absouletly certin that upper management doesn't know their heads from their *****.
