Will Steve ever improve the decision making and execution ability to a premier PG level with Rudy's nice style?

Will EG ever blossom with the physical gifts he obviosly has with the way Rudy uses him?

Will Yao ever become the the dominant center he can be under Rudy's system?

Will Boki ever be given a chance to show what he can do under Rudy?

This "full potential" you speak of has to be within the player itself to achieve.
What it come down to really is this, how much fire and desire does one have to achieve greatness. You can't put everything on the shoulders of Rudy T.

    I said Yes. Maybe not...

But Eddie Griffin? The physical gifts he obviously has? Are you kidding? He can jump, and he's pretty tall, but he's not very strong.

Yao...is already dominant. He shall get better. He is just a rookie.

Bostjan Nachbar? I used to really want him to play, but not when we are playing a VERY IMPORTANT GAME AGAINST THE DALLAS MAVERICKS. I guess he is OK. He must be a terrific shooter, but I think he is already developing. It's good for him to watch and learn the NBA with frontcourt seats.

    PATIENCE!!!

NO and NEVER. I don't see how our young players develop without getting the ball (or in Boki's case, rot on the bench).
