Simple question, "Will James Harden drop fifty?". His first night as a rocket he scores 37, seemingly solely on isolation points. What about when the team develops actual chemistry?
Isn't his career high 40 pts? And he came off the bench too. With Houston he's going to get more shots so 50 pts can be possible. So excited to watch Harden develop. Even back in OKC I thought he was being held back.
Last Rockets to drop 50. http://www.basketball-reference.com/leaders/pts_game.html <script type="text/javascript" src="http://widgets.sports-reference.com/wg.fcgi?css=1&site=bbr&url=%2Fboxscores%2F199004190HOU.html&div=div_HOU_basic"></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="http://widgets.sports-reference.com/wg.fcgi?css=1&site=bbr&url=%2Fboxscores%2F199601180HOU.html&div=div_HOU_basic"></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="http://widgets.sports-reference.com/wg.fcgi?css=1&site=bbr&url=%2Fboxscores%2F199101260HOU.html&div=div_HOU_basic"></script>
I think he will. If he's dropping 45 on Atlanta, he'll drop 50 on the Bobcats. You might have to put Harden's name next to the other Rockets who dropped 50, Dream and Max.
Rather when will he? Tonight's 45 points are so effortless and efficient. Put some play and practice time under this man's belt, WOW.
I hate threads like this. This is very counter-productive for any player who had a couple of games. Now everyone EXPECTS Harden to this way. It just won't happen. If he has a bad game, then we will see LOF's and LOFH's 2.0 in Harden. Let Harden be Harden and Let Lin be Lin.
