Going to see Wilco tonight. So effing pumped. Spent this week trying to decide whether I wanted to see them or My Morning Jacket on Monday figuring that I wouldn't have a ticket to Wilco to even worry about it. Well, got one yesterday from a friend. So, I need to be near downtown, but have to be on-call til 8. Want to grab a drink or six before the show. Who all has free wifi Downtown or Midtown? I know BW3 does, but that's close to my last choice. I would prefer a place with food, but it's not a dealbreaker. TIA.
Not really a fan, but I did like this song on SNL the other day. <div><object width="420" height="258"><param name="movie" value="http://www.dailymotion.com/swf/x4l6oz&v3=1&related=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.dailymotion.com/swf/x4l6oz&v3=1&related=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="420" height="258" allowFullScreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always"></embed></object><br /><b><a href="http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x4l6oz_wilco-walken-live-on-snl-march-1st_music">Wilco - Walken (Live on SNL March 1st 2008)</a></b><br /><i>Uploaded by <a href="http://www.dailymotion.com/nono_the_bean">nono_the_bean</a></i></div>
Both excellent choices. Probably need it more towards Midtown though. What about the Wetspot? Last time I tried there, you had to pay for Wifi.
What you need to do is go to My Morning Jacket and stop worrying about Wilco. I am getting really excited.
