The source is "Scripps Howard," so i checked that site and the story is not for the public (cuz they want the newspapers to sell more) just the sources that it contributes too. here the story is: 20 Deep Bites after Refusing to have Sex Modesto, Calif . -- The death of a Modesto man - six days after police say his wife bit him repeatedly during a savage attack because he wouldn't have sex with her -- was likely a homicide, officials said yesterday. Police said Kelli Pratt, 45, wanted her husband Arthur, 65, to have sex with her on Oct. 7, but when he refused, she held him down and bit him repeatedly. He died Sunday at Doctors Memorial Hospital in Modesto with more than 20 deep tooth marks covering his body. Dr. Jennifer Rulon, a Stanislaus County forensic pathologist, indicated that the case would be ruled a homicide and that the bites appear to have caused death, said Det. Al Carter. "He was able to dial 911 that night," Carter said. "We have a tape recording of him screaming while she was biting him. When officers arrived, he was screaming that he'd been assaulted. She fought with the officers and tried to bite them, too." Arthur Pratt, who had been released from hospital several days before the attack, suffered from diabetes, heart and circulation problems and other health issues. While those ailments weakened his system, apparently they aren't what killed him. An official ruling will have to await toxicology tests. Those tests, which aren't expected back for at least several weeks, could reveal additional details about Pratt's death, such as whether the bites caused an infection that proved fatal. Man...I mean, I know that some woman are much stronger and bigger than others, but I'd like to think that if a woman started biting me in a manner that made it obvious she wanted me dead, I could probably stop her or at least get away before the biting became so serious that I died.
