I dunno ask all the unemployed people in Houston if they can afford to pay a toll everytime they drive.
So people without jobs, students, etc. should not be allowed on roads if they can't pay for it? I get what you're saying but I don't think roads should be privatized. Not to mention keeping the roads public prevents "cutting corners" to save costs and completely ignoring roads that are not profitable; or even removing them.
