Here Is a perfect example of why old people shouldn't drive. I mean ok maybe she pressed on the wrong pedal, but why are you pressing pedal's if the door isn't closed yet.

This thread should be merged with the headless chicken thread.... Or maybe not. It would be insulting the chicken.

Kramer : They just write it off.
Jerry : Write it off what?
Kramer : Jerry all these big companies they write off everything
Jerry : You don't even know what a write off is.
    Kramer : Do you?
    Jerry : No. I don't.
Kramer : But they do and they are the ones writing it off.
Jerry : I wish I just had the last twenty seconds of my life back.

I hope I'm smart enough to give up my license before I start "stepping on the wrong pedal".

When I see someone driving erraticaly it's either someone:

    1) old
    2) eating
    3) cell phone

I try to guess before I get near them. It's a fun game -- try it sometime.

After age 67, ALL drivers should have to retake a driving test every other year. Hey what else do retires have to do all day? They can take a day every 2 years and go stand in the DMV line. After age 75, the driving test should move up to every year.

For their safety as well as the rest of us.

I agree with ARTV but it will never happen, the AARP is too powerful of a lobby.
