    On paper, Wood’s stats dwarf Lopez’s stats. He is also much younger and almost as good at threes. What am I missing here?

    Because he's a terrible defender who clashed with most of the players still on the team and wore out his welcome in Houston to the point where everyone was thrilled when he was gone. Is that enough of a reason?

    Was not aware he had those issues. Just remember him hitting threes and having 20 point 20 rebound games quite often.

    I always enjoyed Wood playing for the Rockets. He was a very decent scorer and i was proud to see
    him on our team !
    He shouldn't be too expensive to add him to our present team !! Y

    That he's terrible defensively, doesn't set picks, doesn't do any of the little things to win. And maybe also that Lopez was third in the DPOY running last year.
