Why is it that JJ shooting technical and not Francis or Mobley, i am REALLY puzzled by that decision. Are you telling me JJ is a better FT shooter than Mobley? Give me a break. I think he had missed 2 technicals so far already....ONE in Portland and one from 2 games ago.

Heck I would rather let Yao shoot than JJ. I think JVG better let them know about this, every point is important. Technical FT should be shot by Mobley, Francis or Yao. These 3 are better shooters than JJ in my opinion. Not bashing JJ but after missing 2 technicals, I think it's a bad decision on the team part to let him shoot when you have other better FT shooters on the team.

I think Mobley is the best free throw shooter on the team and he should get the first chance on a technical.

Wasn't JJ perfect on the season until the Portland game? thats what the announcer said. Mobley has missed countless 4th quarter freethrows this year, JJ is fine in my book.

Actually JJ is the best on the team this season. He is shooting .889 while Cuttino is shooting a mere .727 for the season.

Cuttino is shooting 73% on his FT's
    Francis is shooting 83%.
    Jackson is shooting 89%.

Jackson has missed only 1 FT all season... but of course he's only attempted 9. :)

But JJ hardly shoot much FTs. He could get cold. I am just not comfortable with him taking technical shots. FTs should be shot by Mobley ALL THE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!

He's a veteran who shoots 82.3% on FTs for his career, and has shot over 85% the last three seasons.

I'm happy to let JJ take the Ts.

until we start losing by one or two points every game, I don't think it matters too much.

I'm guessing it is about 1984. Anyway, I think that at the time it was a good idea for Jimmy Jack to shot the T. He had not missed a FT yet. Now I would like JVG to show the confidence in Cat to let him shoot the Ts. He has consistently been the best FT shooter on the team, and just has not gotten his rythm yet. By the end of the year, I suspect he will be back around 85%.

Whoever is shooting the best at the time should shoot them. Seems simple to me.
