    and everyone knows it

This is concierge Justice service we give the rich
We will scrub and protect them from exposure of their proclivities. . . .for large bags of cash
Once those that have paid are scrubbed. . .then those that didn't will be sacrifice to the public
so they can say they "got some of them"

The reality is that they likely ARE destroying and amending the files, as there is no one that "checks" or monitors them at this point.

I was imaging a scenario where the GOP release a doctored list of mostly democrats or dead gop folks but even then no one would believe that sht.
They could make it more realistic by taking out the big names folks and b selectively of those on the list, but u can bet your ass anyone being outted would sing like a canary to drag the rest down

Its kinda hard for folks especially magatards to get over this b/c they believed the conspiracy around the list for so long that showing nothing just makes folks even angrier

Adding to this because I keep seeing people say "they vote against their own interest." Based on my experience, that's not really accurate.

They do vote based on echo-chamber information, though. Beyond what I mentioned above, the other half of their echo chamber focuses on demonizing the opposing side - portraying them as everything from corrupt to treasonous to pedophiles. When people fully believe this narrative, they're actually voting in alignment with their values, even if it hurts them economically.

As an aside, I saw an assessment on the largest risks before last year's election: disinformation and misinformation as the largest 5-year threat, and extreme weather as the largest 10-year threat. Unfortunately, both are proving more accurate with each passing day.

Honestly, it wouldn't be appropriate to just release all the Epstein documents wholesale to the public. Every person named in any document would face enormous social and professional consequences without the government being required to prove anything in court. If that occurs naturally because it becomes public knowledge (like as has happened with Trump and Prince Andrew, for example), then so be it -- that's life. But, for the government to do that to you knowing this guilt by association would result would be a violation of your rights to due process. That is the government punishing you without trying you. I'm not on board with that.

I would prefer one or two alternative approaches. The first is that Congress opens a congressional investigation and requires all documents be turned over by the DOJ to congressional investigators and not the public. Then congress can assess if the DOJ has handled the investigation appropriately, if there has been a cover up, and even recommend individuals for prosecution, all while protecting the reputations of adjacent innocent people who might find themselves named ('innocent' here meaning the innocent and also those for whom we unfortunately don't have enough evidence to prosecute). The second approach, which is rendered more likely by the first suggestion, is that we get a leak. And a leak would of course be illegal and the DOJ should try their best to not allow any leaks. But, reputations ruined by an illegal leak is not the same as the government ruining your reputation by official act. Then it was something that happened to you instead of something that was done to you. The problem with a leak is that it can be selective according to the secret agenda of the criminal who leaks it. So, I much prefer the first alternative -- have Congress, whom we elected to represent us -- review everything and tell us if there is a coverup.

No, corrupt people in power getting away with crimes is what's important regardless of political party. I bet all these trash people trow parties and eat together while we stupidly fight eachother on a forum for them....

Releasing the list with zero context would have been bad, you're right. So they shouldn't have spent years screaming about it and spreading conspiracy theories and creating a dangerous environment. They fanned the flames and used it politically and now want to walk away.

You can ignore me if that's what you choose. You accuse me of supporting Trump but when I do the opposite look how defensive you get.

You can't show me one instance of me defending Trump. You just make it up.

To that end of holding Trump accountable for stoking conspiracy theories all this time, I'm happy to have these efforts by Congress to force disclosure to keep the thing in the news. Ultimately, I expect nothing to come of it though. Republicans will squelch it and with time the MAGA anger will ebb and they will let Trump off the hook again.

    Minors Are Getting Abuse.
    Guardian Of Pedos.

Why are they blocking files that don't exist according to their Dear Leader?
The chance to expose all dem child pedophiles and bring them to justice yet GOP are blocking the release of the list.

Wonder how are they gonna spin this when constituents and maga sheeps bring this up?
