Why is Hakeem still playing limited minutes/not starting

    Anyone know why Hakeem hasnt been playing much????
    Is it because his still recovering from his injury???, or has he just been demoted to the bench and replaced by Cato??
    Any ideas??

    he hasn't been starting because he doesn't want to do the little circle dance the starters do after they have been announced
