Well, that ended this thread quickly. How long do y'all think this road streak will last? Do you think the Rockets will beat New Orleans? I don't, but that'll be a HUGE test for 'em.
I really dont think the Hornets, are as good as their record. They remind me of the Sonics a few yeards ago that won a lot of games, but everyone still knew they were the most vulnerable team in the play-offs, which proved true. And BTW, the Rockets have won 9 games in a row, and 9 on the road.
The Rockets likely won't beat NO. They're just a bad matchup for us. OTOH, this 2008 version of the Rockets have not played them yet. So who knows?
I think we will beat NO. They really can't match-up with Yao (like everyone else in the league) and now that our offense is rolling, we should take it down the stretch. I think it will be a close game, but Rockets will come out on top. They are having too much fun playing with each other right now and that stifling defense we all love is BACK!
If not for those two late turnovers on those entry passes to Yao, we would have beat NOH last game we played. We even had a nice lead late into the 4th. All without T-Mac. They don't scare me. Bring em on.
Not necessarily. They're only 17-8 at home. That's only a game better than us at Depth Perception Center. It's not like they're unbeatable in New Orleans.
