Why does the government refuse to pardon jack Johnson?

    It's been 100 years, and the government refuses to pardon jack Johnson. He was arrested on trumped up charges, you would think that of all people a black president would be the one to pardon him and give his soul some dignity.

    I have been told . .. . don't expect anything out of Obama
    that you would not expect out of a 'white' president

    so . . . why would you expect him to do anything different
    than the 40+ ones that came before him???
