I don't.... His ego that thinks it's a kobe bryant....or even a TMAC. He isn't even half a tmac on offensive skills. Dude hold the ball for 10 secs when he gets it on the wing. Or dribbles it for 17 up top of the key....then steps right....or steps left ....or fadeaways for a horrible contested shot. ....or just turns it over. Ron off the court = A Ok to me. Love his team spirit on his head.... But on the court, when we have the ball he drives me nuts. If you can't dribble any better than Luther Freaking Head....let someone else handle the ball.
I like Ron. I really like what he brings to the table that our team lacked before he came over, but he'll need to fix his shot selection and maintain defensive intensity every possession before I can love (no homo) the guy.
Some 'fans' here define leadership as scoring alot of points and throwing your teammates under the bus.
It's not his fault that his other teammates who were paid alot of money to score points couldn't stay healthy.
I would keep him at where's he is now, 26mil over 3 years sounds about right. While I understand that he's forced to take some bad shots when our offense fall apart just to beat the shot clock, there has to be better offense from Ron-Ron than a spin move into 3 defenders in the paint. *shakes head*
