Why do the Rockets not create things for fans to laugh at?

They do but not that much and DEFINITELY NOT as creative as the stuff the Mavs and even the Spurs put out.

Because the Houston Rockets is already a joke. I couldn't even type that with a straight face!

Wasn't this the problem people had with Dwight? We are not even going to make the playoffs and we're talking about joking around? We were supposed to be a top 5 team this season and instead we are barely going to make it in the West. Joking around is the last thing this team needs. We need to focus.

This may be dallas Bias on my end but that is a reason I want Dwight in dallas....let him be himself, let him have fun and as we have seen Coach Carlisle tends to make every player better and has many play at what they once were or at least nearly at that level. I would not be shocked (if parsons stays) if parsons recruits dwight again but this time to dallas. And regarding we are supposed to be a top 5 team, its a game lets be real here...And as bad as the season has been, we as fans need something to laugh/smile at besides the horrible play.

I've always wondered why on earth teams do this, it's never ever funny. The entertainment in general is horrendous at basketball games.

Because when they do, the people responsible get fired.

Exactly. They fired anyone with a sense of humor just because people complained. Les is definitely out of touch and a PETA guy, so put both together and the one thing we had going was gone.

I sure wish we had the twitter guy back, since he left we have sucked.

Juwan Howard stole those glasses to be funny. JVG's whole coaching persona was hilarious. Matt Maloney in a band - funny. Ryan Bowen starting SF - funny. Yao's face smiling = funny meme. Keith Jones' outfits - funny. Steve Francis' life - funny. Cuttino Mobley's profession - funny. Murphy's expertise in baton twirling - funny.

I remember last year a video was posted where someone dressed up as a dinosaur and scared other players in the concourse before practice or something.
