Why do coaches always pull out stars who are hot?

    i see that all the damn time and it pisses me off. it happened tonight with lebron.

    it always happened with tmac when he was still relevant.

    do coaches not know that you ride the hot hand until it gets somewhat warm?

    I think it was about giving him a little breather so he could finish the game strong.

    He played like all but 5 minutes of the game.

    The crazy thing is Lebron played 43 minutes tonight and the Heat needed him to play 48.

    Lebron averaged 39 minutes in Cleveland with lesser teammates. :grin:

    That would be hilarious if Lebron actually average MORE points with the Heat over the season than at Cleveland. Not likely, as he'll probably sit many blowouts. But it would be hilarious.

    Yeah, he's in real trouble, what with the Heat having to play every game this year @Boston with Wade coming back from injury and all.
