The Tmac trade to Houston didn't include his heart in the deal and oh his healthy body

You didn't put "injuries" as an option. Besides that 7 game series with Dallas did Yao and T-Mac ever play together in the playoffs?

Health(or lack thereof) of the 2 main stars? Of the options listed and if you want, attribute that then to the lack of pieces around them. Or maybe the refs who rigged things?

First the supporting cast was not good, no debate, it's a fact.

Second, T-Mac and Yao started to get injured again and again.

Third, Daryl Morey showed up and gathered an amazing supporting crew. But this time T-mac's heart failed and back and legs and every single parts of his body couldn't continue to work like the era of t-mac, 2000-2005.

Funny how it's referred to the "T-Mac Era"

You people do realize Yao was part of this "era" I understand most people like to blame Mcgrady, but Yao was/has been a failure just as much as Mcgrady thus far.

    Reason for the failure ?

    lack of health.

and thats why continuing to build mainly around yao after 2011 is very risky

you can say what you want but in when playoff time came, it was always the supporting cast that failed...

The first round exits were as much the fault of the supporting cast as Tmac. However, a McGrady-lead team was never going to win a Championship. He isn't good enough to be the best player on a Championship team and he doesn't know how to be anything less than a first option.

Tracy McGrady was not as good as we, and the organization, had hoped. This lead to multiple failed transactions to get that "missing piece" when in reality we were much further away from being serious contenders.

Well...injuries were a part of it but we still were not what I would consider elite even without the injury bug.
