When I was a teen, I smoked everyday and loved it. As I got older, I slowly stopped smoking and eventually didn't do it at all. I have smoked like 3 times in the last 4 years. I sometimes get the urge to smoke a joint or something, but when I do I don't get the same high as I did when I was younger. I get really really paranoid and just get sleepy and fall asleep. Clutchfan potsmokers, what has happened to me?
You lost your tolerance to weed and you don't know how to act. Buy a fat sack of weed and smoke a joint on a daily basis. Your tolerance will get back to where it was in your earlier days and you'll be able to enjoy your high more.
I dont want to smoke everyday. I just want to be able to enjoy it like I used to when I do decide to spark one. It's funny cause when I smoked daily I used to say that I would smoke till the day I died. LOL... that plan didn't last too long.
Right. Cigarettes? Booze? They're both far worse for you than pot. My thoughts to OP: how is everything else in your life? For some, pot is an escape from perceived inadequacies, letting you chill out and relax for a bit. But it can make others hyper-focus on those perceived inadequacies, causing the anxiety/paranoia that keeps you from enjoying the buzz. If I were you, I'd reflect on things: Do you focus on anything in particular when the paranoia kicks in? It can really be anything: school, a particular class, work, going back to school, not having a job, looking for another job, getting your first job, wife/girlfriend problems, your kids are doing poorly in school or getting into trouble, your brother is a dumbass, you had a fight with a friend, etc. In other words, doing a doob is only groovy when everything else is groovy, too. Then again, it could be simply that you just plain don't like it anymore.
Why is it so important to enjoy pot? If you don't like it, then stop doing it. No reason to force it.
