Why are the rockets taking so long?

Why are the rockets taking so long to decide on Posey?

    I am hoping that it is because they have been trying to do other moves to soften the blow of losing Posey and if they fail in the 15 days, they then match and then shut down for the offseason.

    Because Van Gundy is still watching tapes on the Rockets, and CD is still watching tapes of Van Gundy. Who knows what Les is watching tapes of.
