Google has THE BEST search engine right now...

Sometimes I would like to look something up on wikipedia.... but I'll have to resort to digging through google for the wikipedia link

Someone just posted this recently, it seems appropriate here.

    Normal stuff, lol.

This isn't the first time it's happened. Google search is useless in finding homework help , it's useless for finding reviews, and it's useless for exact searches.

    here's my list

"foundation repair recommendations" + houston, tx

"foundation work recommendations" + houston, tx

"can anyone recommend a foundation company?" + houston, tx

" reputable foundation repair company" + houston, tx

    " recommend a foundation company" +Houston, tx

i assume that there really isn't much on reviews of foundation repair places. really, that does seem somewhat obscure for something you expect to find tons of reviews and recommendations on

talk to a realtor and get some info.. look up the specific places that you find when you google and see if you can find reviews on certain places (there are some out there)

It's not that obscure. Removing african honeybees from my underground bomb shelter, now that's obscure. How would there not be at least more than two sites that have some threads with foundation repair recommendations? I'm surprised this site alone doesn't have 80 foundation threads. It's a fairly common problem in houston.

You find Google useless in helping you w/ your homework and finding reviews. No wonder you're having trouble.

Maybe go and ask your neighbors and repair people for some tips. Or start a thread actually asking about it here instead of complaining about how Google has made your life so difficult.

Yeah. For the most part, I've been able to find things for school and reviews, but it's frustrating when you're undergoing an important deal like foundation repair.

I did start a thread, no one replied, lol.

Therefore, let's make it this one.

    ANY foundation repair company recommendations?
