I have Verizon and I've had them for the last 8 years or so and all has been great in terms of service etc. However they never sent me the bill for August and so I had to call in since I didn't receive the bill. I was barely able to pay if off avoiding the late charge but I asked them for a copy of the bill 5 times and yet they are not competent enough to send it. It's not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things but why should I have to waste my freakin time and verify a bunch of bs because Verizon can't do something correct the first time? They want to verify my address... social... all that bs in addition to waiting on hold and make sure everything is correct yet they have no problem sending me the bill for September. I don't get too worked up over stuff like this but when I call in and the incompetent beeotch is being rude to top it all off? That is unacceptable. I'd like to switch carriers .... who are you using? Do you like it? Besides I want a new phone anyways. Wutcha got?
Cingular / ATT. Great coverage, but it's pricier for what you get. Used to have Tmobile. Great bang for the buck, but less coverage.
all carriers suck. cell phone companies are like gf/wives. you need them everyday but they are not perfect..so you find one that can put up with the most and stick with it. i been with sprint for over 10 years. not very fond of the service or customer service. they used to be known for their phones but now they are horrible with releasing good phones. reason i stick with them? monthly costs. 4 lines/1000 mins/50 bucks with texting/internet/roaming/7pm. cant beat that.
AT&T, and I've never looked back. I had T-mobile for 4 years, I cheated on her with AT&T, and now I'm in love.
btw AS, umm, there is a call center here in Houston, which is probably why you may had to wait a bit, cause most of us haven't gotten back to work, although I did on Mon/Tues your pissed off about that? thats minor compared to what others complain to us and others. If you want Customer Service, us and TMobile and neck to neck with JD Power and Associates for best "Customer Service" experience every month, and Verizon has won it the past 3 months? heh, and have I told you that I work for VZW??? in reality, I don't care who your with. I myself has a Tmobile line that i've had for 8 years, and keep a sperate Blackberry with VZW cause of our employee discount and have PDA access.
