Who do you think is the smoothest player in the NBA, and why? Personally I think Allen Iverson got most style because of the amazing speed and crossovers. He has a smooth jumper and once in a while he even dunks! Not bad for a guy that's 6 feet tall...

I'd say Kobe if you like the MJ style. Kobe's got the whole "be like mike" thing DOWN...even the tongue wagging and deep voice. I don't know if that's a good thing for Kobe or not.

McGrady is the smoothest player in the NBA. Not even close.

    Iverson is not smooth.

    Yao Ming or Dirk Nowitzki.

Not a big fan of Kobe or Iverson's style because they ballhog too much. And T-Mac takes a few too many outside J's for my taste.

Kobe in my opinion. McGrady is impressive, but he lacks the sophistication of Kobe, on and off the court.

McGrady is in my opinion not the smoothest player in the NBA because of his jumpshot. It's a bit flat. But of course, he's still very smooth and he's one of the most explosive players in the L.

Iverson is not smooth? Ridiculous. You need to watch more NBA.

Yao doesn't got much style in my opinion. He's damn smooth to be 7-5, but that doesn't mean he's smooth compared to AI/ Kobe/ T-mac. And if T-Mac takes too many outside shots, that's not relevant when you are talking about smoothness and style. By the way, T-Mac is 38,6 % (regular season) behind the arc, so as long as he shoots at the right time I don't see the problem with him shooting 3's.

Nice one! Ray Allen's J is the smoothest in the NBA.

If you call shooting around 40% because of continued ill advised three pointers (27%) smooth, then I guess so. That's what I love to watch, a guy jack up FOUR HUNDRED and FORTY EIGHT threes and make 173.

It was hands down Jason Williams a few years back, though I havent seen him play in years so Im not sure if he plays the same way as he did with the Kings. So Ill go with Kobe his offensive game is smooth and jordan like. His fadeway is a thing of beauty, his dunks are legendary. Its Kobe.

Yeah I'll vote for J Dub too. And to answer your question, he plays the same as he did in Sacramento, but he's like 1000 times as responsible as he was there. He's really a very good point guard now.

Tyrone Hill. As smooth on the court, as he is off the court.

    A. I.

the most range within the style spectrum.

I dont think he sells the most shoes for nothing. The masses have to dig your stlye to buy your shoes

His game (esp. when he's on) is mad smooth, check out the 54 he put on Toronto in the playoffs 2 years ago, it was all sweet rythm and floetry.

I know he's not as sophisticated as Kobe, but somehow I think he chooses to stay real and original.

Kobe is a fake MJ wannabe, develop your own style man!

speaking of A.I. dunking......check out his rookie year. It was a road game in Seattle. I think GP was taking a free throw. Allen is on the corner of the free throw line, GP rims it off to the side, A.I. all 5ft 10in literally flies out of no where and one hand tomahawks it from the side!!! all in one motion . Still one of the most amazing dunks I've seen for a short guy especially.

    I like A.I.

I think he has style and game, I just wouldn't call it smooth. To me, smooth is efficient, when Hakeem was at his best winning championships, he was smooth, Jordan and Pippen were smooth, Magic and Worthy were smooth, Bird, Mchale, D.J., and Ainge were smooth, Stockton is smooth,

A.I. is tough, quick, and has a lot of heart, but I would never pay money to see a superstar shoot poorly and jack up ill advised threes. To me Smooth=Efficient,

    A.I. is neither.

Those of yall who didn't get to watch much Longhorns basketball, are gonna really love watching TJ play for Milwaukee. The guy makes impossible passes, and always does it in style.
