Yea, that has been our problem this year ever since we lost the healthy mcgrady, so if we trade him who is gonna step up as the new closer, obviously Artest cant do it, yao gets doubled so who?
You'd obviously like to make a trade to aquire someone who can do that. Who? I dont know. Its been pure mayhem here since I left this morning. This place is going crazyy!
James White/Von Wafer ftw....Can't you just see James White in game 7 of the championship take off from the free throw line lmao...

McGrady isn't a closer anymore so trading him doesn't mean we're losing a closer. He arguably wasn't even a closer before the latest injuries, despite all his flashy stats.
Depends on who we get for McGrady. If we get Amare I would imagine we run a play for Yao to post up and dish to Amare for the slam if Yao gets doubled. If we get Vince Carter, I we would probably get the same as McGrady with 30 foot 3 pointers to finish the game, although Carter finishes most of the time.
I'd rather have no closer than losing to Grizzlies, Wizzards, Knicks, Bucks and Clippers. ever since TMAC was out, Rockets started to win more.
before it gets locked I'll answer..... No 1. We saw when he was out that it was hard for the Rockets to close out games. Hmmmm remember the Chicago game. perfect example.
People, theres only few guys out there that can be closer, vince can, thats the only guy we can get for mcgrady, Amare is not a closer, rubio is not a closer
