Lebron put: MJ, bird, magic, and Oscar Robertson and then said he should be up there when his career is over. Currently I got Hakeem (bias I guess), MJ, magic, Timmy D I think Lebron and Kd will be there in the future.
LeBron definitely has a chance to end up top 4 or 5. I'm glad he gave props to Bird. I think Oscar is very overrated.
For me its MJ, Magic, Kareem and Lebron I think Lebron has surpassed Larry after winning his second title
Tough to say for me; possibly MJ, Magic, Kareem, Bird Don't think Bron's there yet and shouldn't be; I think too many people have recent history stuck in their minds rather than the NBA's past
I think Lebron will end up #2, just the sheer volume of MJ's achievements is probably insurmountable, but he's almost past everyone else.
Jordan Hakeem (give him another star comparable to pippen for his whole prime and see how many rings Hakeem would have had, I also think that not speaking English that well hurt his status as also) Kareem Durant(I think he ends up here and ends being regarded as better then lebron if he stays healthy he will be unstoppable these next few years westbrook's health is important he needs another star next to him to win 4-5 rings)
MJ, Russell and Kareem is clear top 3 then for 4th I had Magic last time I did all-time list, but it's Duncan right now.
As Andrew Luck pointed out yesterday, there should be a separate Rushmore for centers: Russell Chamberlain Kareem Hakeem Everyone else: Jordan Magic Bird Lebron
Just it give it to the houston big guys. Moses, Sampson, Hakeem, Yao I know i'm leaving someone out, but this is the 4 most iconic big man of houston big man.
Mount Rushmore should have the most impactful players in general right? The players that meant the most to the NBA? Rather than just the best players. I would go - Bill Russell Magic/Bird Jordan Lebron Just to represent the different eras of the NBA
Yep, the question sounds like the players who had the most impact in making NBA a major league. I think that's Wilt, Jordan, Magic and Bird. Maybe Dr. J instead of one of them.
