Say the Texans do fire Capers and Casserly as well, who would you guys want to replace them with? Im not really familiar with the GM choices out there but it seems like Jerry Gray(DEF. Cord. w/Bills), Gary Kubiak(OFF. Cord. w/Broncos), Jeff Fisher(Head Coach of Titans) are on the top of the potential list of candidates to replace Capers.

Who would you guys pencil in as the new GM or Head Coach?

-Since the Texans decided to start with Capers who is a defensive minded coach, I would go with the opposite and start with a new, fresh face, offensive-minded guy in Kubiak. I love the running game they execute in Denver.

I'll do it. For dirt cheap. And then all you guys could be asking for my head mid-season. But I bet you'd still like me better than Casserly.

A person who's seen everything he's done in his tenure, and does the exact opposite.
