The one who doesn't deserve a starting role in the first place.

Well seeing as how our guards didn't ISO much at all last year, I don't see that being a reason to bench someone.

Also, I hope that he can teach our talent rather than benching them.

What makes you think these are even our starters next year? Posey's a free agent and Taylor's as likely to start as Griffin. The only assumed starters are Francis and Yao. Steve could be at the 2 as easily as at the 1 to start the season. This summer will undoubtedly continue to excite.

People are really jumping the gun re: JVG and our offense. He's good news because we'll get discipline, defensive effort/scheme, and an identity...But he has yet to show that he can do more offensively than Rudy...and his guards, it should be noted, especially Spree often ran something wuite akin to the dreaded ISOs. Now he has said he'll focus the offense around Yao...so it remains to be seen...but there is nothing to guarantee that JVG and the guard iso's are mutually exclusive.

I voted Griff...because JVG is pretty much a vet's coach, not so much a developmental one.

    I think Eddie Griffin.

Your title needs a little editing.

    Mo Taylor may replace Eddie.

I edited my title but it only shows up once you click. How do I correct this?

    Eddie first.

Cuttino will be benched if and only if we pick up a true PG.

Van Gundy, a defensive coach will just love MoT's intensity for defense and rebounding.

How can you vote for Francis/Yao before James Posey?

I don't think there's anyway JVG benches Cat. From what i've heard he likes Cat's game a lot plus Cat is one of the most intense players on the court both offensively and defensively and if nothing else he's a great shooter.

How can you answer this question because several of these players might not be with the Rockets but with other teams!!

Ditto. Particularly EG. That should be interesting. Hard nosed coaching affects different players in different ways. I wonder how EG will react to it.

why the f*ck do people ASSume that the ISOs were the guard's
Idea and that Rudy was soooo fricking weak and out of control
that he could do nothing to stop them??

    It's disrespectful to rudy
and ridiculous to think the players had THAT much power
