Pike is twice the player Bull was. Better range and much more versatile. Can actually attack the basket some and feed the ball to the low-post.

    Rockets already have a 6'10" guy that thinks he's a 3-point shooter.

LOL!:D Looks like I'm going to hve to change my name to Air Pike!

YOU TAKE THAT BACK!  No one can, or ever will, come close to Air Bull. One time, Air Bull once blocked 2 shots in one game! Houston mourned his loss more they did Dream's!

I agree, so mark mine, too, I guess. Blue collar town needs a blue collar player.

Whoever gets paid the most money for riding the bench.

"Oh, look! It's __________! Van Gundy's putting him in! I told you _________ was all that! Let's chant his name! _______! _______!

Thus a fan fave was born. I loved it when Tree Rollins was here. He'd stand up off the bench with like 2 mins. left, everybody (locals) would break out in the "trrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeeee" cheer. Kinda like when Jose Cruz was an Astro, and the homers would be all "Crrrrrrrrrrrrruuuuzzzzzzzzzzzzz" and the visitors thought we were booing.. CLASSIC.

ED -DIE! Ed -DIE! Chants make the fan favorite bigger, trust me.

Why isn't Yao loved by fans? He's a great young kid, he works hard on his game, he's polite, well-mannered, respectful to coaches and opponents. I don't think you'll see a drug scandal or gangsta-rap album or rape trial in his future.
On top of that, he's an amazing athlete destined to become one of the major forces in the NBA and he's already a cultural icon in China.
What am I missing? What's not to love?

Terrence Morris is the overwhelming favorite on this board for some reason.

My mistake! The smiley face came up as a little red X on my screen when I typed my message, so I couldn't tell the remark was made in jest.
So as long as we're all on the same page about Yao, I'll vote for Piatkowski as to emerge as a fan favorite. Fans are going to love having a consistant outside shooter.
