The obvious move that needs to be made regardless is getting rid of Taylor.

Yes,we need to unload MO and bring in a 4 that can rebound and defend.Mo's not playing,so it's sure not going to do anything but help us.

True Mo needs to go, but at what expense to our team, the player(s) coming in (getting paid about the same) will need minutes as well...

I vote Yes, if for no other reason than to get T-Mac below 40 mpg, we need him fresh come playoff time to have a chance at the title IMO...

JVG will DNP any player if he doesn't need them in a specific game. Like Deke, who is productive and hustles, and should see more minutes, but spends time on the bench when JVG elects for more offense.

A trade that does not significantly upgrade the prospects for 'spring success' is not needed.

Making a trade significantly upgrading the prospects for 'spring success' is not likely.

Roster work in summer is essential.

But, the current streak is very nice. The turn-a-round under the incumbent coach is van good.

    Keep on keeping on!

I dont want to break the chemistry. So I dont want to trade any of the rotational players. But Mo isnt in the rotation so as far as I am concerned he is fair bait to be traded.

To me, what this winning streak has done has perhaps taken Juwan Howard's name off the block. He has been a BIG part of this run and I think moving him now would break our chemistry.

We may be one trade away from winning it all. I think we are close, but we only have an outside shot right now. I'm willing to make a trade if it doesn't involve any of our moving parts and improves us or our financial freedom in the future.

If Derek Anderson can spell TMac for at least 10 minutes per game, then trading MoT for him would be a good move.

Everything else being equal, something is always better than nothing.

That's why I am hoping for the DA for Mo deal. Let DA take some of Tmac's minutes, those 10 for instance. Then give DA Sura's backup minutes which could be another 10. 20 Minutes of DA on the floor instead of Strickland and Bowen? Yeah, I will take that.

The backup PG position still troubles me. Sura is playing well but injured. If he goes down even for a a short stretch we could be in trouble. We need someone to come in here and be a solid backup.

I know DA isnt a traditional PG. But neither was Sura. We just need someone that can bring the ball up court, drive and dish and play decent defense.

Power forward spot has to be reinforce! Donyell Marshall will be a good compliment for Howerd coming off the bench, his got great instinct, defender and mediocre scorer and thats what we need.

    Question is, How much?

unload Mo for anything at this point...its obvious he is being stashed on IR so he doesnt get hurt before the trade deadline...my guess is that its just a matter of time
