I don't think JVG and YAO understand each other right now.
It seems that they begin to complain about each other.

Anybody knows the fact that JVG changed ROX's defense positively. But it is also obvious that JVG downgrade ROX's offense significantly. I am very sorry that JVG did not learn something from Kings and MAVs even if he served on TNT for many years.

If ROX enjoy one-on-one offense, like MOT play, YAO would be useless in the ROX any more.

Even if YAO cannot touch ball enough last year when ROX played against Celts twice, but ROX finally won game. Why?

But this year, when YAO was doublly teamed, JVG just let YAO bench. Answer is natually negative.

ROX call for an offense-training coach to help JVG. Or YAO or JVG leave ROX if fans expect ROX to playoff spot.

None of these guys are going anywhere.

Francis will be the first out the door if "this" doesn't work.

It must be truley frustrating for fans like yourself to know, deep down inside, that neither JVG or Yao are going anywhere for at least a couple more seasons.

God forbid we keep both and have them work through the teams problems together. I bet you would hate to see that happen. :)

yea, god forbid we should allow them more than 3 months to get their stuff together...

naaaawww...that would be unreasonable..afterall..any moron can adapt to working with new people in no time..and if they cant..then they must be gotten rid of...thats the way of the true fan isnt it??

face it...the Rockets will not move Yao or VG or SF this year...if ya dont like it...there are lots of other teams to go cheer for..

    TRADE ACCEPTED

    Steve is the problem child!
He says all the right things in the media, still makes bone-head mistakes on the court.

Can they run a screen for Yao or something.

    MLC1MGC2ALC3,

I know you get a woody when you log onto RealGM and all, but what does that trade have to do with this thread???

MLC1MGC2ALC3 is officially a hit-and-run RealGM trade poster.

If Van Gundy stays, the Rockets should focus on getting his kind of guys. I mean guys who play good defense and can shoot a jumper.

If Yao stays, Rockets need more guys who have the skills of passing. They don't need Lebron or Jason Kidd, but they need someone who has passed well in a half-court offensive system.

If Steve stays, Rockets need a 4 offensive rebounders to be on the court with Steve.

ROFL...thats the exact same thing I was thinking!

I was going to make some sarcastic post making fun of his fixation with RealGM..

besides....just who the hell is gonna man the point if you trade SF and dont get another point in return?
    Is Jaric a point?

besides...the last two clippers we got in here havent exactly been difference makers.

OK!! Excellent suggestion. I think I speak for codell and Rockets2K...we can all wait until the off-season to trade Francis. And since RealGM uses this seasons contracts values, let's wait until RealGM inputs the 2004-05 values...next summer.

A screen for Yao? Yeah, let's just concede that he's a total wuss and start running plays for him like he's 5-6 rather than 7-6?

Anyway, I think if I was screening for Yao I had better bring my Tolstoy to cause I'm probably going to be wating a while for him to get clear of it....

It would be akin to watching a 15 year old try to parallel park during a driver's test.

If you didn't watch the championship Rockets first hand then you have no idea what it means to develop team chemistry and it's evident in your posts, that make my finger cry for having clicked on this thread.

    Rockets- our team
    JVG- our coach
Yao- our starting center until 2016 when he retires

Anyone who wants Yao traded probably also supported trading Hakeem to the clips for Danny Manning. Or was it Ron Seikaly, I don't remember.

    You get the point.
