people, stop bashing Yao. Lets see Dwight Howard shoot a 3?

Yao is the fiercest competitor out there on the court at ANY one time. He gives it all and has never taken a play off. Obviously every player has his limitatiOons, even LeBron.

THAT, IS THE SHOT THAT WON US THE GAME. AND WON US A HOMECOURT ADVANTAGE IN THE PLAYOFFS TOO.

Yao I'm ready to see u do that in the playoffs.

As they said, Duncan was in the playoffs. Yao is a clutch player though, This season he really has not be showing it, but in all fairness I don't blame him simply because Adelman has done a VERY POOR job managing his minutes. JVG was a master at that, because he understood his limitations.

Really, Yao could easily be our closer If Adelman managed Yao the same minutes JVG once did in the past.

u do know tracy has made a ton of shots in the 4th too you know, but nobody's saying he's clutch.

relax. it was against the bobcats. great bounce back game for yao though. keep it up.

Funny thing is, both of the defending teams had Raja Bell and the teams that made the 3 had Brent Barry.

If Tracy did something like that against the Bobcats, you would be spamming every thread saying CLUTCH T-MAC, so don't be a wise guy or a hypocrite.

    1) One game against a bad/average doesn't change an entire career.
    2) Ron hit the game winner

    Yao did good.

Why? Because I defend him? Maybe it's because I actually have confidence that he can actually take us somewhere. I did have confidence in the past that T-Mac was going to be able to do that, but injuries have payed a big toll on his career.

Really, Being confident of a player is not the same as being a homer.

The funny thing about you guys is when the Rockets lose, it's EVERYONE'S fault except for YAO!!!!! But when we win YAO is clutch....

    You guys are un-freakin belivable....

Last time I checked it was a TEAM game... So everyone deserves the blame or credit, no matter what...

By the way it was the Bobcats and the game should not have been this close...

You must not realize how hot the Bobcats have recently been? Before that Spurs game, they were on a 6 game winning streak. Those guys have as good of a chance as any team to get the 8th seed.

Bobcats are so overlooked, It really isn't even funny. They are a very good team with young talent, that trade for Raja and Diaw was a good move to attempt to make the playoffs.

and ron's shot was a game winner and not a pointless 2 pointer because?

    Yao hit the vital shot?

don't forget he hit another jumper after this one to keep us alive
