Getting bored reading all trade talks!! Is there any expert claiming to predict trade over, say, 40%(like normal FG%). Just curious.
Disreguard just about any and all trade predictions that don't come from Doc Rocket, Oelpiere, or Popeye.
I'm not 100% sure, but I believe someone brought up a KT for Posey straight up trade. If the Rockets trade now, it will have been predicted, seeing as the options are so limited. It will be Atlanta, Portland, or Miami.
I would say less than 1% (actually closer to 0% since I dont remember a trade going down that was ever proposed on here). Some around here tend to fabricate reasons why trades should be made (even though they don't make sense) and thats why they never happen, or even are rumored to happen. Its all "dreamcasting" and fantasy league stuff IMO.
Yes, some posts are for fun, but some are really silly, absolutely nobrain!!! Btw, is there any nobrain trade ever came into reality? I mean, for Rockets, what you guys think about the dumbest trade the management ever made?

we got confirmation a couple if years back that GSW was going to match our offer the marc jax well before anywhere else in the media said anything (thanks pops)
Pops called the Houston / New Jersey trade that brought in Eddie Griffin. I believe he called it the day before the draft and yes he did say Houston might send all three of its first round draft choices to New Jersey for the 7th pick that year. It was more of a statement from him than a prediction though so I don't know if that counts. And I don't recall the name of the guy that called the Steve Francis trade but that is probably the most famouse of all the trade predictions that came true. He overheard a conversation someone was having on a cell phone. So yes there have been some very accurate predictions.
With the amount of Trade speculation on this board I am sure every possible trade is analyzed and therefore predicted.
Doc Rocket also predicted the Rice trade well before it happened. It was one of those cryptic posts, and everyone thought it was Grant Hill.
I like watching when one of the "insiders" posts a thread and seeing it just blow up in a matter of minutes.
I predicted the Rox would trade me after I made those comments about Charles. However, I had nothing to do with "the contract".........I mean, it was only a frickin' preseason game.
