    I think Matt Maloney was the worst signing. Gave him a crap load of money and he was still getting rich off of us until last year.

    I would love to get paid millions and not work...

    Maloney was good for us though. Price I liked but yeah always tearing up his knee. Mo Taylor? Oakley?

    Brent Price.

    Price had shot 47% from 3pt land the previous year and averaged 5 assistes per game in only 25 minutes. The thinking was he was going to be the PG of the future for many years to come and he immediately blew his knee out before playing a single regular season game for us.

    Could have been a Great addition, but played poorly and blamed others for his errors - not too mention he was getting paid an assload of $$$$$

    Although a sign and trade was involved, I'd have to go with Quitten. At least Maloney and Price never quit on us.

    Price was doing his job well until he got injured. His salary was fairly low for a decent starting PG, which he was.

    The Price signing was a good decision that didn't work out for reasons beyond anybody's control. A truly bad signing is stupid from the get-go.

    I've got to go with Shandon Anderson. You could see that coming from a mile away. That guy only had success because of Utah's system. Its amazing that the 00-01 team won 45 games with a starting five of Francis, Mobley, Anderson, Mo Taylor, and Cato/broken down Olajuwon.


    Edit: I also thought the Price signing was pretty good. The guy had a lot of talent, just couldn't stay healthy. He was money from the 3pt line. He ran a pretty good fast break also.
