At year 3 for both, I'd take Steve Francis.

I don't really understand why yet, but choosing Francis was automatic.

Maybe I'll find a reason before the day's end.

This isn't even close. I mean steve francis was no 2 pick in the draft, an all star, roy.

You can't even compare Francis in his prime versus Brooks right now. It's not even close.

    21 - 6 - 6 for a 43 win team, or 20 - 5 - 3 for a (on pace) 43 win team. Hmm.

if brooks wasn't a feather it would be close, but francis in his prime was a beast, both are undersized shooting guards trying to play point, to me having them dominate the ball works against there skill set, to much dribbling, run some screens and score, geez..

    No he wasn't.

But AB isn't even close to a prime SF3. "Can't hold my jockstrap!"

I'm going with Francis, just because he was so much more fun to watch

A Brooks-Martin back court is great... but a Francis-Martin back court..... oh yeah.

    Franchise all day, every day.

Brooks is a better three-point shooter, but Francis was far superior athletically and much stronger around the rim, more capable in late-game situations, and more versatile. Francis would challenge anyone off the bounce, and he also dropped more dimes than Brooks.

I actually say Brooks. He is a better shooter, and is faster (while not being as good as overall athlete) Plus he is more of a point guard that Stevie was in my mind. Maybe just personal preference, but I think Franchise was quite overrated even in his best seasons.

I loved Steves' swag....He was better defensively I think...He couldn't be bullied on the block...and I used to love when would slap opponents shots off the backboard.

SF3 had better stats but NO Bball IQ. AB0 plays well with this team.

    one on one = SF3
    running a team = AB0
