It is a toss up between Chris Paul, Deron Williams, Steve Nash, and Rajon Rondo. So, who do you think is the best one?

I personally think Chris Paul is the best PG in the league because I think he has mastered everything better than any of the other guys. Chris Paul excels at offense, defense, steals, rebounds, assists. You name it, he can do it.

I still think Chris Paul, he's the most complete with the same game-breaker ability as say Wade, LeBron, or Kobe.

Then, you've got Nash and Williams, followed by Rondo.

I have to wait and see how long Rondo can keep playing at this high level. Before I say hes the best. But if he keeps this up doing the rest of the playoffs and coming into next season I'll give him the crown. So right now I'll go with D-will.

I must say Rondo after last nights performance. The others on the list couldn't do that.

None of the other could average a near triple double during the playoffs like Rondo did last year and none of them are half the defender Rondo is either. Rondo is a complete player outside for his 3 pt shooting.

Nash couldn't grab 18 rebounds if he was on steroids. Williams and Paul might be able to, if they try.

Chris Paul. Deron is a close second. Nash is on a mission this year and is playing out of his mind, but his lack of defense would still bother me if I was a Suns fan. I'd like to see what Rondo could do with no talent surrounding him before claiming he is the best.

I think D-Will may be the best but screw his ass my fave PG is Rondo tho

I jus luv the way he plays, Ill line him up against any PG hands down

besides that I remember he gave Brooks fits up in Boston with all those steals and deflections

I can make the opposite argument. What have the other done with talent around them. Nash wasn't so great with Dirk and Finley and couldn't get it done with Amare, Marion, Diaw, Joe Johnson, and Bell. Deron is pretty good with maximizing the talent around him. The jury is is still out on Paul, but he doesn't share the ball like the others even though his assists numbers are really high. Paul gets his numbers like Starbury did, by dominating the ball. Paul is much more effecient than Stephon though.

Steve Nash is THE best OFFENSIVE point guard in the game but his defense pales in comparison to any of the other players. To me Chris Paul is the most complete package with Deron right behind him

As much as I hate the Jazz, Deron Williams is the best and most complete point guard in the league.

    1) Deron Williams
    1A) Chris Paul
    2) Rajon Rondo
    3) Steve Nash

I've had Rondo at a legit 3rd best PG ever since last year and not just because of his performance yesterday. He's literally carrying the Celtics and he has been for most of last season and this year as well. I love his feistyness and he's got the best fakes in the game. If he keeps working on that jumper he's going to be deadly for many seasons to come.

    Williams.

    Nash - can't play defense
    Rondo - can't shoot jumpers
Paul - can shoot better than Rondo, but still not at a high clip

Deron Williams seems to be the only guy without a glaring weakness.
